Earthy dragon fruit flavour concentrate bolstered by acidic elements. This subtle flavour is authentic and unique, providing a fruity and exotic taste suitable for beverages, home baking, desserts and more. It pairs well with other exotic fruits like lychee & pomegranate as well as some berries including strawberry. TFS Dragon Fruit is a versatile flavour with a host of uses but can also be used as a fruity sweetener in place of additives like Sucralose – though it’s not nearly as strong.

Whilst Dragon Fruit is a great flavour on it’s own especially when care is taken not to overwhelm it, it can impart greater depth of flavour to fruity profiles with it’s presence, even if it’s not discernible in the final mix.
