How To Use Our Orange Food Flavouring

We recommend adding our natural Orange food flavouring to wet ingredients within your recipe in order to ensure thorough mixing throughout. This may include milk, water and egg. Creating an appropriate strength of flavour within the recipe may require some trial and error, though only a few drops are required for each kilogram of food and you can always adjust to taste. 1ml of Orange food flavouring contains approximately 20 drops. The heat applied to the recipe when baking may cause some of the flavour to “flash” away – so additional flavouring may be required to compensate for this. Non-cooked recipes will not suffer from this (drinks & milkshakes etc).
