What You’ll Need

For the batter

2 ripe bananas, mashed

100g rolled oats

  • 30g almond flour or any flour of your choice

    30g chopped nuts (such as walnuts or almonds)

    30g shredded coconut

    30ml TFS caramel flavour drops

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Pinch of salt

    Optional: additional shredded coconut or cocoa powder for coating

    Fudge with Banana flavour concentrate



    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, TFS caramel flavour drops, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

    2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.

    3. Once the mixture has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.

    4. If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut or cocoa powder for extra flavour and decoration.

    5. Place the banana fudge bites on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    6. Chill the banana fudge bites in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.

    7. Once chilled, the banana fudge bites are ready to serve. Enjoy them as a delicious and healthy snack!
