Rich Pineapple Ice cream

What You’ll Need

Ingredients:

475 ml double cream

240 ml whole milk

150 grams caster sugar

5 ml vanilla extract

5 ml TFS pineapple flavouring

240 grams diced pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

    – 5 ml TFS pineapple flavouring

    – 240 grams diced pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

    Instructions:

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the double cream, whole milk, and caster sugar. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    2. Add the vanilla extract and TFS pineapple flavouring to the mixture. Stir well to combine and ensure that the flavouring is evenly distributed.

    3. If you’re using canned pineapple chunks, make sure to drain them well. If using fresh pineapple, dice it into small chunks.

    4. Gently fold the diced pineapple chunks into the ice cream mixture.

    5. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

    6. If you prefer a firmer texture, transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 2-3 hours or until firm.

    7. Once the ice cream has reached your desired consistency, scoop it into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
